Julie Ann Long, How the Marquess Was Won. Historical romance. Since I liked the book of Long's I read recently, I went to try another, but this one's a DNF. I don't buy a schoolmistress character in what's presumably sometime in the 19th century being as casual about her interactions with a man as the heroine is; it looks like the side characters are planning to massively humiliate the heroine, which isn't my jam; and the book keeps reminding me it's #6 in a series by pointing out all these couples from earlier books and potential heroes/heroines for future books that I couldn't give less of a crap about if I'd been fasting for a week.

Frances Hogdson Burnett, T. Tembarom. New York orphan finds out he's heir to an English estate; culture shock ensues. On this reread, my favorite part was watching Captain Palliser work under the assumption that Tembarom was as much a con man as Palliser. I would love a movie version of this just so I could see that climactic scene where Palliser thinks he's exposing Tembarom's perfidy and Tembarom spikes his guns with a sentence.

In progress:

D. E. Stevenson, Miss Buncle's Book. A woman anonymously publishes a novel based on the real people in her village; genteel mayhem ensues. This is such a fun book. I'm meh about the sequels, but the original is one of the books I've bought in hard copy so I have access to it even if my electronics go away.

Still working on L. A. Hall's Favours Exchanged because I can't find where in the house I put it down.

The Bone reread is up to Vol. 3, Eyes of the Storm, which has my favorite visual in the whole series, Grandma Ben with her younger self superimposed, as well as plenty of Grandma Ben punching rat creatures and taking names.
