the 2021 daily meme, week 20
May. 20th, 2021 01:48 pm14. Does your house have air conditioning throughout, or do you have one that sits in your window? I have central air.
15. What’s your least favorite chore to do around the house? Anything that involves playing Jenga with all the clutter. If you gave me the choice of cleaning the toilet after multiple people had had messy bouts of food poisoning but having the gloves, scrub brush, and cleaning liquid right there to grab, or sweeping the living room floor but having to pick up books, DVDs, toys, game pieces, and random trash first, I'd gladly scrub the toilet and leave the living room floor for someone else to deal with.
16. What’s your favorite flavor of potato chips? Plain. It's not that I don't like interesting flavors on potato chips/crisps, but usually the flavoring is so strong as to be overwhelming; I'd rather enjoy the basic potato and salt tastes.
17. Do you ever read the weather forecast? Of course. I live somewhere that can have a 20F difference in highs from one day to the next, and I want to know which one to dress for.
18. Do amusement park rides make you sick? It's been so long since I've ridden one that I don't know. They didn't when I last rode one, but that was 20+ years ago.
19. What kind of cheese do you put on your sandwiches? Whatever's in the fridge. Swiss by preference; provelone is lovely too, and I'll do plain cheddar at a pinch. One of my best random sandwiches was some good turkey with thin slices of brie on a cranberry nut bread.
20. How old were you when you got your driver’s license? Sixteen. Typical for the part of the US I come from.
