The Heere Be Dragone Shawl that I've been knitting off and on for nearly seven years is finally finished.



Unblocked:

Unblocked gray shawl; edges are all crumpled, and you can't see the central pattern well


Blocking:
Shawl pinned out on the bed with blocking wires in the edges. The dragon design, a snaky dragon with outspread bat-like wings, is far more visible, as is the border lace pattern that looks like two twisted strands.


Blocked:

Finished shawl spread out on the lawn.
