The Great Big Sea song "Yankee Sailor" would take minimal effort to convert into a Doctor Who filk. Substitute "lanky Timelord" for "Yankee sailor" and "the universe" for "America", and you're 95% of the way there. Just have to figure out the substitute for the ship into the harbor line -- "When that blue box came to London"? Will ponder.
